The release time for the DreamSnaps update of Disney Dreamlight Valley has been announced.

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Summer Update: Launch Date and Expectations

The highly anticipated Disney Dreamlight Valley summer update is just around the corner. Here’s everything you need to know about its launch and what to expect.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is currently in early access, which means only gamers who have purchased a Founder’s Pack or have a Game Pass subscription can play it before its full release. However, the game will eventually be free to play. In the meantime, players can look forward to regular content updates as the developers work to provide plenty of activities for newcomers.

The next update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, known as the DreamSnaps update, is set to release soon. Fans have been eagerly awaiting more details about this summer update. This guide will inform fans about the release date and when they can download the DreamSnaps update.

Gameloft, the developer of Disney Dreamlight Valley, has been teasing the release of the DreamSnaps update on social media. However, no specific information or hints about the release date and time have been revealed.

Initially, the only information fans had about the release date was that it would be part of the summer update and would be released between The Remembering update in early June and Belle’s update in September. Based on this, gamers expected the update to drop in mid-July or early August.

It has now been announced that the Disney Dreamlight Valley DreamSnaps update will be available on July 19 at 9 AM ET.

The patch notes for the update can be found on the official Disney Dreamlight Valley website, along with information about the release date.

While Vanellope will be introduced to the valley with the DreamSnaps update, the focus of the update will mainly be on new features. However, Vanellope will have her own friendship quests, home, and themed Wreck-It Ralph items, just like other villagers.

Gamers will have the chance to earn free Moonstones through the new community photography challenges, which is why the update is called DreamSnaps. By participating in the weekly themes for the contest and voting for their favorite entries, players can earn Moonstones and cosmetic rewards. This will make it easier for fans to obtain Dream Bundles without spending real money.

Vanellope and the DreamSnap competitions are the major additions coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley with the summer update. Players can expect another significant content update, similar to The Remembering, in September, featuring characters from the Beauty and the Beast realm.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is currently available in early access on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
