Intro
Disney Dreamlight Valley features many exciting activities, such as fishing, gardening, cooking, and much more! However, in this article, we will discuss crops, and the time it takes to grow them. This knowledge can help you organize your schedule in-game and increase efficiency.
Gardening is an essential part of Dreamlight Valley as it helps players grow their own ingredients to cook different types of meals. These crops can also be sold for some Star Coins, so growing them is also profitable.
How To Acquire Crops In Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are various means through which you can acquire crops in Dreamlight Valley. The method by which you acquire them is up to you. Some of the crops can be bought from Goofy’s stall, which isn’t too difficult to find since these stalls are in every map area except the Plaza.
As you keep upgrading Goofy’s Stall, you will gain access to various seeds you can plant. Another method involves gathering the crops from where they naturally grow in the overworld. Many different Berry Bushes and Fruit Trees around the world offer these crops.
Different crops grow on these Berry Bushes and Fruit Trees in each location. So, make sure you check every zone before moving on to the next. If this gets too hectic, you can use Build Mode to move the Berry Bushes and Fruit Trees to different zones.
One crucial thing to note about this method is that once the crops from Fruit Trees and Berry Bushes are harvested, they are gone forever, and there is no other alternative to acquire more from them.
Lastly, the final method to acquire crops is by building Wall-E’s garden, after which you will get some free crops, and you can keep upgrading it further for more. However, this technique is also limited and can only be done once you have unlocked the robot.
Out of all these techniques, the most reliable one is to buy the seeds of your choosing and then grow them on your farm. To ensure a steady supply of crops for all of your needs, this method is by far the most reliable.

Dreamlight Valley Top Tips For Growing Crops
Although knowing the growth time of your crops is important, there are a few other crucial things you need to know to make sure you are getting the most out of your farming experience. For that reason, we have compiled a list of some of the Top Tips for Farming:
1. Plant Your Crops Where They Are Found/Bought
On the list above, you can see the location of Goofy’s Stalls from where each crop can be bought. Keep in mind that if you plant your seeds somewhere other than the Biome they are found in, their growth time will increase!
2. Plant In Batches
You may as well plant your crop in batches to make it worthwhile if you are going to wait for it to grow. As well as assisting you with monetary gains, this will also provide you with a crop that you can return to when you require it for recipes.
3. Take Advantage Of The Hangout Bonus
When you make friends in the valley, you can assign them a task they can help you with. If they are assigned farming or digging, you must ensure that you hang out with them once you complete your farming.
As a result, they are more likely to find items while digging up the soil patches for planting or more crops when harvesting. Also, you can partner up with any of your neighbors to increase your Friendship Level with them when doing any of these tasks in Dreamlight Valley.
4. Keep Your Energy Levels Up
Carry foods with you that are rich in Energy while you are busy farming, or make sure to go back to your house for an instant refuel. Don’t you hate it when you run out of energy during harvesting, digging, planting, or watering?
