How To Unlock Ursula
Ursula is not someone one would want to unlock because of her scary vibe and the fear she has instilled in us. However, it is something that we have to do because the valley needs her help and her powers. So, to unlock Ursula, you must complete a quest called “With Great Power.”
Before we dive into the details as to how you can unlock Ursula to get access to her, you must ensure that you have access to Dazzle Beach. After that, you will be given a key of crystal by her which will assist you in opening the entrance to the mystical cave.
The next task that you need to complete is to get the power orb, and to get it; you will need to solve three puzzles called the Magic Gates. Essentially, you must get past these gates and get the power orb. Once it is retrieved, you are required to take it to its corresponding pillar in the valley.
After this is done, go and talk to Ursula and Merlin in order to complete the quest. This marks the completion of the “With Great Power” quest, and you have now unlocked Ursula. You are free to complete further quests with her, such as the “A Deal With Ursula” quest.
A Deal With Ursula Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are specific quests for every character in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Ursula is no exception. Even though she is a villain, you must keep your differences aside and complete her quest. The final quest she gives you is called “A Deal With Ursula.”
However, a crucial point to note is that in order to get this quest from her, you must be on Friendship Level 10 with her. If you aren’t on this level with her, then a good way to quickly boost your friendship level with someone in the game is by gifting them different items.
If you are on this level with her, proceed with the quest by speaking to Ursula first. She will tell you about a powerful item in the Forgotten Land ruins that she has come to know of and wants your help in getting it.
Before agreeing, you will take advantage of the situation by bargaining for something in return. She will then let you know that she has Prince Eric and will free him only when you get her what she wants from the Forgotten Land ruins.

The fourth and final crystal you will need to retrieve before completing the “A Deal With Ursula” quest can be found in the Frosted Heights region. The dark crystal you are searching for can be found resting on the ground on the right side of the river, near the Northern stone bridge.
