A player in Disney Dreamlight Valley has designed a picnic set inspired by mushroom polka dots, which is sure to appeal to many other gamers in the game’s fanbase. The Disney Dreamlight Valley community is known for its creative fans who enjoy customizing their own clothes and furniture to match their valley’s theme and decor. With the release of the game’s fifth major update, the Touch of Magic tool received an upgrade. This tool allows gamers to fully customize their clothes, and now, with the latest update, they can also customize their furniture. This is a game-changer for creative Disney Dreamlight Valley players. Using the motifs they have collected over the past few months, gamers can freely apply them to various pieces of furniture and let their imagination run wild.

One Twitter user, Disimyy, used the Touch of Magic tool to create an adorable mushroom-themed picnic set that would perfectly suit any cottage-core valley. By using asymmetrical circular motifs, this Disney Dreamlight Valley fan managed to design a hand-painted wooden picnic table, giving it an off-the-grid, handmade feel. Next to the table is a red parasol with large white polka dots, reminiscent of a spotted mushroom cap.

The Remembering update was released in early June, and as fans become more familiar with the improved Touch of Magic tool, they are sure to come up with even more impressive designs. It seems that gamers have been particularly fond of designing items with mushroom-like patterns. Recently, another fan created a Super Mario room in Disney Dreamlight Valley and used the same polka dot design on the lamps, perfect for a Mushroom Kingdom-inspired build.

It’s a shame that the developers haven’t provided a way for fans to share their designs in a central hub, considering the availability of creative design tools. However, according to a recent Disney Dreamlight Valley roadmap, multiplayer functionality will be added to the game soon. The exact features of this update are still unknown, but hopefully, it will allow fans to easily download patterns from other community members, similar to Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
